Voting is a fundamental right, and we’re here to break down the barriers that may prevent you from exercising it. Whether you need transportation from home, an assisted living facility, or any other location, Tree of Hearts is here to help.
1. Register: Sign up for a free ride by filling out a simple form.
2. Schedule: Choose a time that works best for you on Election Day.
3. Ride: Our friendly volunteers will pick you up and take you to your polling station safely and on time.
4. Vote: Make your voice heard, knowing you’re part of a community that cares.
